Vault Festival
With more than eighty original shows and forty five thousand audience members passing through the tunnels, VAULT Festival shaped how I understand ethical producing and what it means to lead from the middle. Working in that physically and metaphorically underground maze beneath Waterloo, created a kind of escapism that felt liberating and profoundly inclusive. Week after week the tunnels filled with lights, sweat, laughter and possibility. It was a sensory overload that was exhilarating, disorienting yet deeply human, and it taught me how to hold space with care and build creative environments where people feel safe to experiment and develop their artistic identities.

Counting Sheep
An award-winning immersive Ukrainian folk opera and a deeply personal retelling of the revolution in Ukraine, where creators Mark and Marichka Marczyk met and fell in love on the barricades of Maidan Square in Kiev in 2014. Performed using traditional Ukrainian polyphonic choral music, archive footage, and interactive staging, audience members are invited to become part of the revolution itself.
